On-site garaging

​Thunder Ridge Motorsport Park will offer on-site garaging for private vehicle owners, providing a secure and cost-effective location to store and use their vehicles.

This is your opportunity to sublease a large 66m2 onsite garage.

Forty-eight garages, divided into four blocks of twelve, will be built near the pits within a security compound.

The garages will feature a 4.0m stud height, with the option to install a hoist, making them ideal for car maintenance or additional storage. Constructed with EPS panels, these fire-resistant, durable, and self-insulating materials ensure longevity.

Each garage will be equipped with a powered 3m roller door, water and air supply, high-performance LED lighting, and secured by a perimeter security fence with swipe card access. Ample space around the garages will allow for easy and convenient access.
